Both of them are detected in Ubuntu as 'DragonRise Inc. Currently they register Joystick movements in jstest in a really odd manner. The generic DragonRise based N64 controllers that you get off of ebay appear to have an issue with how their axes work. I also suggest you to check if the joystick is compatible with Windows 10 or with the specific game. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
And their second axis (the right stick) is detected as part of the first axis, and works erratic.
Download Free Studio Manager 4.3.4.72 here. I suggest you to restart the computer, plug in the device and run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
